1. Services Overview
Social Aura provides digital marketing services including but not limited to social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, eCommerce solutions, creative design, and content production. All services are delivered digitally unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Service Delivery
Digital Delivery: All services are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links, or online platforms. No physical goods are shipped unless specifically agreed upon in a custom project scope.
Delivery Timelines: Estimated delivery timelines are provided for each service and confirmed at the time of booking. Actual delivery may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and third-party platform approval processes (e.g., Facebook Shop approval, Google Ads review).
3. Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. Custom quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer, and other secure payment methods. Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not store card or banking credentials.
Payment Schedule: Payment terms are agreed upon at the time of booking. For project-based services, a 50% deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. Monthly services require payment in advance.
4. Results and Performance Disclaimer
No Guaranteed Results: All marketing and optimization services are provided on a best-effort basis. Outcomes vary based on industry, competition, platform algorithms, customer engagement, and external factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific numerical results, rankings, traffic levels, engagement metrics, conversion rates, or revenue outcomes.
Performance Variability: Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors including content quality, audience targeting, budget allocation, market conditions, and platform policy changes. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information, access credentials, and materials required for service delivery
- Timely responses to requests for feedback, approvals, and clarifications
- Ensuring compliance with platform policies and applicable laws
- Maintaining active accounts on third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Amazon, etc.)
6. Revisions and Modifications
Each project includes reasonable revisions as defined in the service scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately. Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
Client Content: Clients retain ownership of all materials provided to Social Aura. By engaging our services, clients grant us a non-exclusive license to use these materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.
Deliverables: Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to deliverables created by Social Aura (logos, graphics, content, etc.). Social Aura retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.
8. Confidentiality
Social Aura respects client confidentiality. We will not disclose client information, project details, or access credentials to third parties except as required to deliver services (e.g., platform integrations) or comply with legal obligations.

10. Platform Independence
Social Aura is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, or any other third-party platforms mentioned in our services. All trademarks, service marks, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.
11. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve integration with third-party platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon, Shopify, etc.). Social Aura is not responsible for changes to third-party policies, platform outages, account suspensions, or approval delays beyond our control.
12. Limitation of Liability
Social Aura’s total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Monthly services may be cancelled with 15 days’ written notice.
14. Dispute Resolution
We encourage clients to contact us first to resolve any concerns or disputes. Most issues are resolved quickly through open communication and good-faith negotiation.
If a formal dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
15. Changes to Terms
Social Aura reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
