At Social Aura, we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services that meet your expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds, cancellations, and service modifications.
1. Service Delivery & Digital Products
Digital Service Delivery: All services provided by Social Aura are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage links, or online platforms. Once digital deliverables are provided and accepted, the service is considered complete.
Non-Reversibility of Digital Services: Due to the nature of digital marketing services (SEO work completed, ads launched, designs delivered, content created), most services cannot be reversed once delivered and accepted by the client.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
✓ Eligible for Refund:
- Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the agreed service within a reasonable timeframe (as defined in the service agreement) and are unable to provide a revised timeline
- Service Not as Described: If the delivered service significantly deviates from the agreed scope and description
- Technical Failure: If technical issues on our end prevent service completion
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if requested before any work has commenced
✗ Not Eligible for Refund:
- Change of mind after service delivery has begun
- Dissatisfaction with results due to external factors (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, audience response)
- Services already delivered and accepted by the client
- Monthly subscription services after the current billing period has started
- Third-party platform fees (Google Ads spend, Facebook ad budget, etc.)
- Delays caused by client unresponsiveness or failure to provide required materials
- Account suspensions or policy violations by third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, Amazon)
3. Refund Process and Timelines
How to Request a Refund:

- Provide your order/invoice number and detailed reason for the refund request
- Include any supporting documentation or evidence
Review and Processing:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5-7 business days
- We may request additional information or clarification
- You will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund request via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.)
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be offered in the following situations:
- Service partially completed but unable to finish due to circumstances beyond our control
- Mutual agreement to reduce project scope after work has begun
- Reasonable compromise when expectations were not fully met
Partial refund amounts are calculated based on work completed, time invested, and materials delivered.
5. Cancellation Policy
Project-Based Services:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund available if cancellation is requested before any work has started
- After Work Begins: Cancellation fee applies based on work completed. Remaining balance may be refunded after deducting costs incurred
- After Delivery: No refund available once deliverables are provided and accepted
Monthly Subscription Services:
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 15 days before the next billing cycle
- No refunds for the current billing period
- Service continues until the end of the paid period
- No cancellation fees if proper notice is provided
6. Service Modifications
Clients may request modifications to ongoing services subject to the following:
- Minor modifications within the original scope are included at no additional cost
- Significant scope changes may require additional fees and timeline adjustments
- Modification requests must be submitted in writing
- We will provide a revised timeline and cost estimate for approval
7. Revision Policy
Each project includes reasonable revisions as defined in the service scope:
- Revisions must be requested within 7 days of initial delivery
- Revisions are limited to adjustments within the original scope
- Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees
- Complete redesigns or scope changes are not considered revisions
8. Chargeback Policy
We encourage customers to contact us first for resolution before opening a payment dispute. Most concerns are resolved quickly through support.
If a chargeback is filed:
- We will provide evidence of service delivery to the payment processor
- Access to deliverables may be suspended pending resolution
- Chargeback fees may be charged to the client if the dispute is found in our favor
- We reserve the right to refuse future services to clients who file invalid chargebacks
9. Third-Party Platform Fees
Ad Spend and Platform Costs: Social Aura is not responsible for refunding third-party advertising costs (Google Ads spend, Facebook ad budget, etc.). These fees are paid directly to the platforms and are non-refundable.
Platform Compliance: If your account is suspended or penalized by a third-party platform due to policy violations, we are not liable for lost ad spend or service disruptions.

11. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers such as PayPal. We do not store card or banking credentials. Refunds are issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Social Aura reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
